Description
The Government intends to award a contract to Ultrax Inc., 3808 SW Windjammer CT, Lees Summit, MO 64082-4041 for the procurement of Electronic Sub Assembly Test Set (ESATS) software and associated cables for testing of components on the UH-60 Helicopter, for delivery to the Connecticut Aviation Classification and Repair Depot, (CT AVCRAD) 139 Tower Ave, Groton, CT 06340. In the absence of qualified sources, a contract will be awarded to Ultrax, Inc, under the Other than Full and Open Competition proced ures, pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304 and FAR 6.302-1: Only one responsible source. All qualified sources must respond in writing not later than 4 PM, EST, 15 September 2001. The software must meet or exceed the characteristics of the Ultrax components as foll ows: Stabilator Amplifier, P/N 70902-02001, including Fluke99 Scopemeter; SAS Amplifier, 70901-02908, including Fluke99 Scopemeter and Wavetek 29 function generator; Stabilizer Control Panel, 70902-01070; RH Relay Panel, 70550-02102; LH Relay Panel, 70550 -02105. FOB Destination. Inspection & Acceptance at Destination. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small business; SIC Code 7371; Size standard $18.0.
