Description

This is a modification to Submission No. 50V5N1, dated August 21, 2001. This notice amends the previous by removing the CLASS COD: 71 -- Furniture and replacing with 70 -- General-Purpose Information Technology Equipment. Under the Subject: remove 71 -- Workstations and replace with 70 -- Software Renewal of Support. The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO), WESTHEM Computer Technology, Multi-Site Contracts and Midwest Area Commands Branch (DTS42) intends to issue a sole source contract to Treehouse Software, Inc., 409 Broad Street, Suite 140, Sewickley, PA 15143. The acquisition of this software license and for maintenance renewal support is for product at the Defense Enterprise Computing Center (DECC) St. Louis. Software resides on an AMDAHL GS-7Y5, 109 MSU, S/N 70010585. The software is proprietary and protected by copyright laws. The period of Performance is 01 Oct 01 through 31 Sep 02. The software maintenance renewal is for: N20; N20/3GL; TRIM; and SITE LICENSE DELPHI. Any party interested in receiving a copy of the solicitation shall provide written notice to the Contracting Office. Datafax requests to 618-229-9592 are acceptable contract will be firm, fixed price. All responses from responsible sources will be considered for evaluating the award of the contract. Oral communications are not acceptable. No contract award will be made on the basis of quotations/proposal received in response to this notice, since this synopsis cannot be considered a request for Quotation/Proposal.
