Description

Purchase of 2 each Truck Mounted (including Truck) or Self Propelled Passenger Stairs. Proposed equipment must be white in color. Stairs must reach doorsills up to 200 inches, hydraulically operated platform, platform handrail panels retract to clear air craft door swing, and aluminum handrails and safety tread steps. The Government intends to conduct this acquisition as a simplified acquisition for a commercial items in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13. This acquisition is set aside 100% for small bu siness. The anticipated contract type is firm fixed price. The NAICS code for this requirement is 421860. The applicable size standard is 100 employees. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) will be available for download at http://ccmd.hood.army.mil and on the Army Single Face to Industry website at https://abop.monmouth.army.mil. Anticipated release date of RFQ is 4 Sep 01 with a closing time and date of 1500 hours on 14 Sep 01. All responsible sources may submit a proposal that shall be considered.
