Description

Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, materials and equipment necessary to perform the project entitled "Orthotics Lab" at the VA Ann Arbor Healthcare System, 2215 Fuller Road, Ann Arbor, Michigan 48105. The project includes construction of a Orthotics Lab and associated room (approx. 1600 s.f.) on the second floor of Building 1 West which includes partitions, doors, flooring, acoustical ceiling, painting, plumbing, electrical power/lighting and HVAC. The Government estimate is $100,000 -- $250,000. NAICS 233320 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction applies to this project. PROJECTED issued date is 09/13/01 with a PROJECTED bid opening of 10/16/01.
