Description

The Library of Congress intends to issue delivery orders against an existing Basic Ordering Agreement to renew subscriptions with BACK Associates, Inc. for the continued use and access of their database by the following FEDLINK members: DOJA. BACK Associates, Inc offers a value-added electronic aviation information database. With Aviation Link and Aviation Reports, BACK Information Service has over 25 years of historical data. Users can design reports and download them to a PC in one of several convenient formats. BACK Information Service applies data validation techniques on its data sources. Databases available include: Form 41 Financial and Traffic Statistics, Official Airline Guide Flight Statistics, OD1A Ticket Dollar Value Origin -Destination Data, OAND Origin-Destination Traffic Statistics (Tables 8, 10, and 12), INS US International Air Travel Statistics, T-100 US Domestic Traffic & Capacity Statistics (Segment & Market Data), AEA Operating Statistics, and COMMUTER Flight Statistics with Origin-Destination Data. Service will be continued through September 30, 2002. NO SOLICITATION DOCUMENT EXISTS. No telephone calls will be accepted. WRITTEN RESPONSES SHOULD INCLUDE PRICES AND TECHNICAL DATA SUFFICIENT TO DETERMINE CAPABILITY. No award will be based on any offer or proposal received in response to this notice. (See Note 22).
