Description

The Library of Congress intends to issue delivery orders against an existing Basic Ordering Agreement to renew subscriptions with LRP Publications (PS) for the continued use and access of their database system by the following FEDLINK member: SSLV. LRP Publications, Inc provides cyberFEDS on the Web. A subscription to cyberFEDS allows a quick and easy search of the summaries and full text of decisions by the EEOC, FLRA, MSPB, Comptroller General, OGE and related courts. Subscribers are able to search statutes, regulations, agency-specific documents, pay tables, classifications and qualification standards, newsletters, and more. In addition, federal employment experts contribute news, commentary and analyses on a daily basis. Service will be continued through September 30, 2002. NO SOLICITATION DOCUMENT EXISTS. No telephone calls will be accepted. WRITTEN RESPONSES SHOULD INCLUDE PRICES AND TECHNICAL DATA SUFFICIENT TO DETERMINE CAPABILITY. No award will be based on any offer or proposal received in response to this notice. (See Note 22). REF: 02-PS-1.
