Description

Transmobile Lithotripsy Services /Shockwave lithotripsy treatments to be performed at the Naval Hospital, Camp Lejeune, NC for the period of 01 Oct 2001 through 30 Sep 2002 with two 1-year option periods. Estimated number of procedures per month is 5 each. It is the Government's intent to issue a sole source award to Medstone International Corporation, 100 Columbia Suite 100, Alliso Viejo, CA 92656. See Numbered Note 22. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, any proposals received will be considered by the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
