- The Air Force Reserves 939th Rescue Wing requires maintenance and repair services for C130 propeller blades and component assemblies. The proposed contract action is for annual field level type maintenance and repair services for which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302.
