Description

We are soliciting for in kind donations for the Elmendorf Fitness Center Frost Bite Classic to be held on November 16, 2002. We are seeking sponsorship for $600 for gift certificates, door prizes, shoes, sweatshirts, t-shirts approximately 30-50 participants. We would accept all or part donation depending on the sponsor and what they are willing to provide. Advertising will be done in all areas of the base. Sponsors may set up booths and display banners at the event. Representation will be accepted and encouraged. All offers will be considered. More than one sponsor/donation for this solicitation may be made no later than November 12, 2002. This is a solicitation by a nonappropriated funds instumentality of the United States Government. It does not obligate funds of the government.
