Description

Furnish courier services which will consist of the transport of specimnens for intra-VISN testing, patient medical records,x-rays and other items that may be identified by the VISN 1 Network Consolidated Laboratory, VA Medical Centers and Outpatient Clinics. The services shall be required five (5) days per week, Monday through Friday, with the exception of federal holidays for the period of October 1, 2001 through September 30, 2002 with two one-year renewal options. The size standard is 1500 and the NAICS is 492110. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Proposal. Bid packages are available now. Requests for bid packages must be submitted in writing and/or faxed to the Contracting Officer. Offers are due on September 21, 2001 by close of business, 4:30 p.m. (EST).
