Description

Contractor will furnish labor, parts, supplies and equipment necessary to provide full maintenance, emergency service and periodic preventive maintenance inspections for an HP M2400A Intravascular Ultrasound Imaging System, HP Sonos 2500 ULtrasound Imaging System, and two (2) HP Sonos 5500 Ultrasound Imaging Systems, including all associated equipment. Contractor will respond to all emergency service and emergency after-hours service calls by phone within one (1) hour. Contractor will provide an on-site respose time of no more than four (4) hours and be required to repair the equipment and place it back in service within twenty-four (24) hours.
