Description

Contractor will furnish labor, parts, supplies and equipment necessary to provide full maintenance, emergency service and periodic preventive maintenance inspections for an Immucor ABS2000 Blood Bank System, including all associated equipment. Contractor will respond to all emergency service and emergency after-hours service calls by phone within four (4) hours. Contractor will provide an on-site response time of no more than six (6) hours and be required to repair the equipment and place it back in service within twenty-four (24) hours.
