Description

Quantity 325 each Lenticular Lens, Naval Air Warfare Center Part Number N2562-42554-1. Technical Data Requirements defined in REI-01-17086. Anticipate pre-award survey and First Article Test requirement. First Article Test Unit delivery shall be 45 days after date of award. Incremental delivery of production units shall be 30 days after acceptance of First Article Test Unit at a rate of 40 each per month. Quality Assurance in accordance with FAR 52-246-11, or ANSI/ASQC Q9002, MIL-I-45208A, or equivalent is required. See Note 1. Request RFQ Package by 07 SEP 01 in writing (FAX) from POC above.
