Description

The Federal Bureau of Prisons intend to award one (1)contract for the performance of Ultrasound / ECHO services. All duties will be performed at the Federal Correctional Institution / Federal Satellite Low -- Elkton, Ohio. The contractor will be responsible for performing tests, discussing findings with the Clinical Director, providing patient education when needed. Other responsibilities addressed on the Statement of Work. The term of the contract will be from date of award through 12 months and include two -- (one year) option periods. The contractor must provide a copy of all Diplomas and / or Certificates to support stated qualifications. The contractor will conduct one session a month. Each session is eight (8) hours in duration. A maximum of 12 sessions per contract period will be performed. The work days shall be Monday through Friday between the hours of 6:00 AM -- 4:00 PM. Solicitation packages will be mailed on approximately September 5, 2001, with an approximate due date of September 21, 2001. Note -- "See Note #1."
