Description

We are soliciting for in kind donations for the Elmendorf Youth Center Sports Advertising Program beginning in January and ending December 2002. We are seeking businesses to put up their banners for one year to help support the youth sports program. The cost is $300.00 for each banner. We will put the banner up in January and take it down in December. We would accept all or part donation depending on the sponsor and what they are willing to provide. Advertising will be done in all areas of the base. Sponsors may set up booths and display banners at the event. Representation of the sponsors will be accepted and encouraged. All offers will be considered. More than one sponsor/donation for this solicitation may be made no later than January 11, 2002. This is a solicitation by a nonappropriated funds instumentality of the United States Government. It does not obligate funds of the goverment.*****
