Description

The National Imagery and Mapping Agency intends to solicit on a sole source basis to AlphaTec, PC under authority FAR 6.302-1 for Title II services for the Renovation of the Fremont Building Phase I and optional Phase II, located in Bethesda, MD. This is a follow-on action of a contract that was originally competitively awarded to AlphaTec, PC. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Reponses must be received within 15 calendar days of the publication in the CBD. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any information will only be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a future competitive procurement. See Note 22.
