Description

The Virginia Contracting Activity on behalf on the Defense Intelligence Agency has a requirement to provide a multi-di sciplinary study of the judicial code and system with in the Colombian Armed Forces from 1990 to Present. The study should identify trends in the judicial performance of the Colombian military for the past 11 years. The contractor needs to possess extensive technical knowledge of modern Latin American and related databases, World Wide Web capability for researching Lat in America and prior knowledge of researching OSIS and FBIS. This requirement is 100% small business set aside. The contrac t period of performance will be 12 months. All responses to this notice should reference MDA908-01-Q-0187.
