Description

The Pacific Southwest Region of the USDA Forest Service (California) has a requirement for a firm with Urban Community Forestry Market Analysis. This solicitation is unrestricted. The estimated value of work is approximately $45,000.00. In order to be eligible for award, the firm must be an organization that has an established network of urban forestry professionals who have worked in California. Also, the firm must have worked with communities throughout the state and have implemented urban forestry projects or programs with communities throughout the state for the purpose of conducting an analysis of the decline of urban forests in California. The firm must have experience in the analysis and the development of a "tool kit"that can be used by local communities to assess their urban forest needs and opportunities. Selection of a firm and award will be based on best value, price and other factors considered.
