Description

This is a Notice of Intent from the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), Patuxent River, MD to contract on an other than full and open competition basis with RJK Technologies, LLC, 1715 Pratt Drive Suite 2700, Blacksburg, VA 24060. RJK Technologies is the sole developer of the Flight Control Software for the X-31 aircraft. The purpose of this research and development contract is for continued performance in the areas of planning, development, implementation, verification and flight test support of the X-31 Vector Operational Flight Program software. No Request for Proposals will be issued on the basis of this Notice of Intent. If sufficient competition warrants, a formal RFP will be issued. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
