This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Sub part 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The procurement is for the follow ing: 1. King Size Sheets, size 108" X 110", color White, 180 thread count. Quantity-125 Dozen 2. Queen Size Fitted Sheets, size 60" X 80" Deep pocket, color white, 180 thread count. Quantity-40 Dozen 3. Thermal Blanket, size 66" X 90", color white, cotton. Quantity-180 4. Thermal Blanket, size 72" X 90", color blue, cotton. Quantity-396 5. Pillows, standard size. Quantity-996 This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotation being requested and a written solicitation will no t be issued. This solicitation, F1325111840200, is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitati on document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-1 9. The proposed solicitation listed here is set-aside 100 percent for small business. The Standard Industrial Cla ssification number is 7213 and the Business Size Standard is $10.5 Million/year. Vendor must be actively register ed with Central Contractor Registration. Offerors must comply with all instructions contained in FAR 52.212-1, In structions to Offerors-Commercial. FAR clause 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Item does not apply. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer is conforming to t he solicitation and will be most advantageous to the Government. Overall price (total aggregate amount) is the ev aluation factor. The following additional FAR provisions and clauses do apply: FAR 52.212-4 is incorporated by re ference and will be incorporated in the Purchase Order by reference.
