This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. FUNDS ARE NOT CURRENTLY AVAI LABLE FOR THIS REQUIREMENT, HOWEVER, REQUEST FOR FUNDING IS INCLUDED IN THE FY 01 END OF YEAR SPEND PLAN. AWARD IS CONTINGENT UPON FUNDS BECOMING AVAILABLE ON OR BEFORE SEPTEMBER 30TH, 2001. DUE TO END OF YEAR FUNDING PROCED URES PLEASE ALLOW QUOTES TO BE VALID UP TO 5 OCTOBER 2001. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number F43XPO12220900 is hereby issued as a Request for Quote. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Fed eral Acquisition Circular 97-27. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small businesses and is under NAICS code 337211, with a small business size standard of 500 employees. This acquisition consists of the following -- Line item 0001: TT1-48144, Table Top, Mahogany, Quantity of 1 each. Line item 0002: CBS16Z7SQ, Table Base, Mahogany , Quantity of 3 each. Line item 0003: Q933, Highback Chair, Bourbon on Mahogany, Quantity of 1 each. Line ite m 0004: Q3020AP, Mahogany, Quantity of 10 each. Line item 0005: Q3030AP, Mahogany, Quantity of 23 each. Line item 0006: Installation Charge, Quantity of 1 each. Line items 0001-0005 are manufactured by Kimball and are Ki mball part numbers.
