Description

The OK-520 Common Winch PLC System with a Local Control Panel will be utilized as part of the existing Allen-Bradley PLC System installed as the integrated Ship Control System (ISCS) aboard MCM Class ships. In addition, this System will include Product Manuals and Hardware Drawings. The System will include one PLC stainless steel nema 4X enclosure with resilient mounts with the following non-mounted dimensions: 56"H x 24" W x 12"D. The front enclosure door shall be removable by means of a non-hinged removable door. Enclosure shall be designed to accept plant interface cables through nylon stuffing tubes on top of enclosure. The design must be made to facilitate connection with existing plant cables. The vendor will provide removable gland plates on the top of the enclosures so they can be removed to drill holes for the stuffing tubes. The enclosure shall have a phonemic nameplate attached representing the enclosure. The enclosure will be cooled by a thermoeletric cooling unit. This procurement is limited to Allen Bradley.
