Description

Note 22 applies to Harris Corporation, Bellevue NE. The Government plans to issue a FFP contract for the acquisition of 1 each of the following circuit card assemblies: Back Plane, P/N: 3009306-101; Switch Driver, P/N: 3009307-101; Switch Select, P/N: 3009308-101; Status/ Fault, P/N: 3009309-101; and, Extender, P/N: 3009323-101. Required delivery is 120 Days ARO. An Acquisition Ombudsman, Colonel Joseph P. Maryeski, Director, Commander's Staff, has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential offerors during proposal development. You should only contact the Ombudsman with issues or problems you cannot satisfactorily resolve with the program manager and/or contracting officer. The Ombudsman role is to hear concerns, issues, and recommendations and communicate these to the appropriate government personnel. The Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality if desired.
