Description

DESCRIPTION/SPECIFICATIONS 1.GENERAL: The Contractor shall provide all supplies, materials, equipment, labor, supervision and transportation to provide a clean and sanitary environment, which will be achieved through the use of accepted cleaning methods and practices, and appropriately certified and registered products at Buildings 2,3 and 12 at the VA Medical Center, Leeds, MA. The combined gross sq. ft. of buildings is approximatley 42,000 gross sq. ft. consisting approximately of Offices- B2-8000 sq ft, B3-8500 sq ft,B12-12,000 sq ft, Bathrooms- B2-950 sq ft,B3-900 sq ft,B12-1200 sq ft, Corridor- B2-1700 sq ft,B3-2300 sq ft,B12-4000 sq ft,and Other-2000 sq ft. Subject to the Availablility of FY 2002 Funds.
