Description

Contractors are solicited to install EIFS (External Insulation Finishing System) on the canopy at the west circle drive and at the canopy at the emergency entrance. Presently these canopies are finished in metal. Work will also involve painting of previously installed Dryvit as installed on our 8-story building. The Dryvit occurs on every face of the building in architectural reveals. Estimated cost range $100,000 -- $150,000 This solicitation is an 8(a) set-aside.
