The solicitation has been posted to the PIXS site. The date that proposals are to be received at ASC/PKWRM is 26 Sep 01 by 3:00 EDST. NO FAX or e-mail proposals are acceptable. Questions concerning the solicitation and its contents should be e-mailed to the buyer at wendy.kirchoff@wpafb.af.mil. The contract resulting from this solicitation will be a one year contract. This requirement is UNRESTRICTED, meaning that educational institutions, non-profit institutions and large and small businesses may submit a proposal.
