Description

Modification to add location of boundary files. Web address is ftp://152.1.32.35, login: virginiapark, password: project OTHER REQUIREMENTS/INFORMATION The Government will not accept imagery from an all digital system, because analog (hard) copies of the 9"x9" photographs are needed for archival purposes. The deliverables from the contract will be sent to North Carolina State University (NCSU). NCSU is under contract to produce Digital Orthophoto Mosaics from the leaf-on (Fall) and leaf-off (Spring) aerial photography. From these Orthophotos, NCSU will creat a vegetation database by delineating covertypes on The Nature Conservancy's Terrestrial Vegetation guidlines. Quotes are not required to be for all six projects. You may quote on any combination, individually or all of the projects. The National Park Service reserves the option of issuing awards by individual projects and more than one vendor may be selected.
