Description

Provide all supervision, labor, equipment, supplies and travel necessary to perform two (2) preventive maintenance inspection on 15 kitchen hoods at the VA Medical Center, Augusta, Georgia, for the period October 1, 2001 through September 30, 2002, with four (4) one-year options to extend. Preventive maintenance is to include any necessary repairs as well as cleaning, degreasing, changing filters, and certifying fire extinguishing system according to the requirements of NFPA 96 and NFPA 17. Anticipated issue date is on or about August 27, 2001. Requests for solicitation must be in writing and may be faxed to 706-731-7172. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. Subject to the availability of FY 2002 funds.
