Description

The Defense Supply Service-Washington, on behalf of the Personnel System Command (PERSCOM), plans to negotitate on a sole source basis with Merant (Federal Government), 9420 Key West Avenue, Rockville, MD 20850, for annual renewal maintenance of APS MVS software that supports COBOL development on the mainframe for PERSCOM pre-complier COBOL code generator as well as an application screen painter. The period of performanace of the anticipated award will cover 01 October 2001 through 30 September 2002. The award of a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order is anticipated. This notice is for informational purposes only. No solicitation will be issued. Interested parties must submit a capabilities statement delineating the ability of the party to meet the stated requirement, including detailed pricing information.
