Description

Non-personal programming and support services for providing individual(s) who possess the most current professional expertise in the following software products: PC ArcView 3.2.A, Unix Arc/Info 8 ARC 8, Oracle/SDE, Avenue, Visual Basic, SQL, Access 97/2000, DBASE, ArcView Spatial Analyst, ArcView Tracking Analyst and Microsoft Excel, which are loaded on Government owned equipment located . Services include: Construction and running of an oil and gas reservoir simulation model utilizing Government owned equipment located in the offices of the Mineral Management Service (MMS), 949 E. 36th Ave., Room 300, Anchorage, Alaska. The on site software services required but not limited to are: software programming, database compilation, conversion and review, Geographic Information Systems project development, data analysis, application development, metadata, training and written documentation for applications, databases and procedures. Individual(s) will work with MMS personnel by defined tasks. A signed non-disclosure agreement will be required. The estimated period of performance is 12 months approximately 20 hours per week, minimum three days per week. Award criteria are: documentation of an individual's required expertise through certifications, experience, education, past performance, references, etc. and hourly salary rate(s). The award date shall within 30 days from the closing date of the Request for Quotations (RFQ) (approximately October 1, 2001).
