Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Quotations are being requested and NO WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL BE ISSUED. The Solicitation Number is MDA410-02-Q-0002. The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) is an education activity and qualifies for academic/educational pricing. DoDEA is looking to purchase Lotus software subscription renewal(s) for one (1) year for use from 01 October 2001 through 30 September 2002. CLIN 0001: Lotus Part No. 064867, Lotus Maintenance Support Campus Communications software (Academic Renewal); Quantity: 13,442 full-time equivalent licenses. CLIN 0002: Lotus Part No. E17MNML, Lotus Academic Total Campus SameTime maintenance; Quantity: 13,442 full-time equivalent licenses. Delivery of Licenses and support shall be coordinated upon award. Award will be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror.
