- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6,as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Commerce Business Daily Note 1 applies to this requirement. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-27. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 335999. The applicable size standard is 500 employees. Provisions 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition. Provision 52.212-2, Evaluation -Commercial Items, is also applicable to this acquisition. Offers will be evaluated based on technical capability of item offered to meet the government requirement and price. Past performance will be considered through a reference check. Offerors must also include a completed copy of the provisions at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items which can be obtained at http://www.arnet.gov/far. The Government is seeking battery chargers. Eight 125 volt 200 amp DC output, 3 phase 240 volt grounded delta AC input source battery chargers; two 125 volt 70 amp DC output, 3 phase 240 volt grounded delta AC input source battery chargers; and two 125 volt 50 amp DC output, 3 phase 240 volt grounded delta AC input source battery chargers.
