FAX OR MAIL YOUR REQUEST TO THE AFOREMENTIONED POINT OF CONTACT. FAX 256-955-7737,***ATTENTION*** System: HAWK, PRON: D1193083, Nomenclature: Ring Assembly, NSN: 1430-01-134-6661, and P/N: 11568262, to be procured under a multiple year, requirements contract. The current known quantity for this item is (6) six each. This acquisition covers potential requirements for a base year and (5) five out years, for a total of five years of contract coverage. Orders will be issues one or more times as requirements materialize for a total potential maximum quantity of 56. The closing date annotated is an estima ted date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation; however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Destination to be furnished, delivery schedule 100 days after contract award. Offerors must be a pproved and qualified. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. The Government does not possess sufficient documentation to acquire this item from other than the qualified source s. A technical data package, which defines all engineering and quality requirements are not available. This proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one, or a limited number of sources.
