Reference previous synopsis published July 16, 2001. Subject solicitation was issued on August 21, 2001, with a bid opening date of September 20, 2001. The estimated magnitude of project cost is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. This acquisition is a 100% HUBZone set-aside; all responsible certified HUBZone small business concerns may submit a bid, which will be considered.
