Description

NAIC Code 561990, Size Standard, $5 million -- All Other Support Services. Contractor is to furnish all material, labor, equipment, and supervision to provide snow removal services for the Denver Federal Center, Denver, Colorado. The term of performance for these services in one year. One award will be made from this procurement that will result in the greatest overall value to the Government using evaluation factors of Experience and Past Performance. Site visit will be held September 12, 2001, beginning at 9:00 a.m. at Building 41, in the Remington Arms Room. A preproposal conference will be held the same day after the site visit beginning at 12:30 p.m. on September 12, 2001, in the same room. Performance period is expected to be from October 1, 2001 through September 30, 2002. The solicitation will be issued on August 28, 2001 on the internet through the Electronic Posting System (EPS) at www.eps.gov or www.fedbizopps.gov. Written amendments will not be issued; therefore, it is the responsibility of the offeror to check the internet site for any changes. THIS PROCUREMENT IS SET ASIDE FOR AWARD TO A SMALL BUSINESS. OFFERS FROM LARGE BUSINESSES WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.
