Description

Provide all labor and material for maintenance and emergency service for McQuay/Trane brand Chillers, sizes 1090T (3 each), 333T (2 each), and 500T (1 each) for the period of October 1, 2001 through September 30, 2003 with option to renew for two additional 12 month periods at the VA Medical Center, Minneapolis, MN. NAICS code 811210, $5 million is applicable to this procurement. Contractor to furnish labor parts, refrigerant, oil and materials on a scheduled repair and preventive maintenance during normal working hours and prompt emergency service including diagnosis, repair, parts, and labor in response to requests by telephone in order to maintain in excellent operational conditions.
