Mfg: 3M, St Paul MN Dstn: fd7030, Lackland AFB TX 78243. Delivery: 16 Nov 2001 Note 22 applies. An Acquisition Ombudsman, Colonel Joseph B. Magnone, Director, Commander's Staff, has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential offerors during proposal development.
