This is a combined synopsis/solicitation; offers requested to establish a Commercial Purchase Order for an online Transformer Headspace Gas Analyzer for John Day Dam, Rufus, OR. Interested parties are encouraged to read this notice for instructions on how to submit offers; separate solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation will be set-aside for small businesses. The small business size standard is 500 employees. NAICS is 334516, FSC 6630. Item Description Quantity Price #0001 TRANSFORMER HEADSPACE GAS ANALYZER, ON-LINE. MFR: SERVERON CORP., MODEL "TrueGas"-EightGas or approved equal. EQUIPED WITH: Weatherproof (NEMA 4) stainless steel enclosure with door mounted LED indicators, operating software, gas calibration cylinder & pressure regulator, factory adjusted helium cylinder pressure regulator, quick connect, flex sensor power & communications cables, 1/8" tubing for helium, sample & calibration (pre-formed), users manual. Includes toll-free access to factory technical support in Contractor's normal working hours. Instrument suitable for rack mounting. 150lb max weight. Sample rate variable; maximum rate =1 sample & test per 4 hrs for 8 gases. Each gas must be directly measured by separation in columns or by other technology. Calculation of gases based on known ratios with other gases will not be acceptable. The machine shall indicate Parts Per Million of each of the 8 gases. Gases tested must include: H2 10 to 500 ppm (ppm parts per million) +/- 10% or better accuracy, O2, 10 to 1,000 ppm +/- 10% or better C2H2, 5 to 500 ppm +/- 2ppm or 10% (whichever is greater), C2H4, 7 to 100 ppm +/- 2ppm or 12% (whichever is greater), CO, 5 to 2,000 +/- 1ppm or 10% (whichever is greater), CO2, 5 to 10,000 ppm +/- 1ppm or 10% (whichever is greater), CH4, 50 to 2,000 ppm +/- 15% & C2H6, 10 to 1500 ppm +/- 10%. 6 Each ***UNIT PRICE $___________ AMOUNT $_________________ #0002 CUSTOM OPTIONS.
