Description

Contractor to furnish all labor, equipment, tools, materials and supervision necessary to accomplish Project 692-01-104, "UPS/HVAC FOR IMS" in Building210LN at the Department of Veterans Affairs Domiciliary, 8495 Crater Lake Highway, White City, Oregon 97503, as per contract drawings and specifications. Estimated construction costs range between $100,000 and $250,000, NAICS Code 233320, $27.5 Million. Work includes replacement of the existing UPS, upgrade of the air conditioning system, additional emergency power and certain other items. This solicitation is full and open competition with bids acceptable from any responsible bidder. Interested bidders must submit requests for documents in writing to the Contracting Officer shown above. Bid documents available approx. 8-20-01. Prebid conference walk through September 6, 2001 at 10 AM Pacific Standard Time. Interested bidders report to Building 229, Facility Management Service to attend walk through.
