Description

The Commander requires all labor, management, supervisor, tools, materials, equipment, incidental engineering, and transportation necessary to perform the services described herein including but not limited to: the pick-up and disposal of waste wood and wood pilings from waterfront barges, the pick-up and disposal of utility poles, the pickup and disposal of tires, providing forty (40)cubic yard containers/boxes, the removal and the disposal of waste wood and tires in those containers/boxes. Work will be accomplished by a Firm-fixed price and Indefinite Quantity type contract for a period of 12 months. The Government shall have the option to extend the term of the contract services for four additional periods of twelve months. The total contract term, including the exercise of any options shall not exceed 60 months. The applicable Standard Classification (SIC) is 562119 and the standard size is $10M. This solicitation is unrestricted. This (IFB) will be posted on the NAVFACENGCOM Electronic Solicitation (E-Sol) webs site on or about 4 September 2001. Estimated bid opening shall be at least 30 days after the IFB is posted to the E-sol web site.
