Description

This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business. The NAICS code is 235110.The contractor will be required to provide al labor, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, and management necessary to provide maintenance and repair of chillers and the HVAC system located at the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Hampton, Virginia. Contractor must be able to respond within 30 minutes of emergency calls and be on station within 2 hours of the emergency call. Solicitation pacakges MUST be requested in writing.
