Description

General Services Administration, Federal Technology Services, Great Lake Region is announcing its intent to issue a solicitation on September 7, 2001 for Local Circuit switched voice services and ISDN Basic Rate Interface (BRI) services for multiple government locations. NAICS Code 513310 applies. The business size standard is 1500 employees. This requirement is for an estimated 210 line item numbers that total more than 15,000 phone lines within the six-state area of Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Michigan, Minnesota, and Wisconsin. Delivery and acceptance of all items shall be F.O.B. destination at multiple government locations outside those geographical areas designated as Metropolitan Acquisition Areas (MAA) within each state. Duration of the contract period is 2 base years with 3 one-year options for a possible five-year contract. The contract type shall be an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity, Fixed Price contract(s). This requirement is solicited on an unrestricted basis. Any responsible firm may request a copy of the RFQ. All responses will be considered. A response to this requirement must be submitted on or before October 9, 2001.
