Since the initialpublication new information has been provided that the Air Force Historical Foundation has the copyrights to this book. This requirement is changed to an intent to award a sole source contract under statutory authority 10 U.S.C. (C) (1), set forth in FAR 6.302-1, (Only One Responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements). This agency intends to award to the Air Force Historical Foundation, 1535 Command Dr., Suite A-122, Andrews AFB, MD 20762-7002. See Note 22.7610- Purchase 6400 books titled "A Few Great Captains: The Men and Events that Shaped the Development of U.S. Air Power" (ISBN 0939009293) by DeWitt S. Copp to include shipping cost.
