Description

This is a notice of intent to negotiate with The Mathworks, Inc., 3 Apple Hill Drive, Natick, MA 01760-2098 on an other than full and open competitive basis to purchase the perpetual use of classroom and/or student licenses for the following software: Communications, Symbolic Math, MATLAB Suite, Control System, Excel Link, Image Processing, MATLAB Report Generator, Mu-Synthesis, Nonlinear Control Design Blockset, Optimization, Signal Processing, Statistics, System Identification, and Wavelet. The government intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with The Mathworks, Inc; who is the only known source for this product. A Request for Quotation may be obtained by faxing a request to 301-757-0200 to the attention of Larry Carter. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered by the agency.
