Description

Red River Army Depot intends to negotiate on a sole source basis to Hutchinson Industries, Trenton, NJ., for the acquisition of 12,000 beadlocks, PN B3040, NSN 2530-01-349-2058. The beadlocks will be used in support of the HEMTT split rim retrofit program. Contract will be a one year requirements contract and will be a commercial acquisition. FOB is Red River Army Depot, Texarkana, TX, 75507-5000. Authority, 10 U.S.C 2304 (c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will satisfy agency requirements. Justification: Hutchinson Ind. is the only TACOM approved and qualified source. Interested persons may identity their interest and capability to respond to this requirement or submit proposals. All proposals received within 30 days after date of publication of this notice will be considered. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion fo the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. See Note 23
