Description

RFP DAAH01-01-R-0253 provides for acquisition of additional targets hardware 1/5 scale remotely piloted vehicle targets (RPVT), in support of U.S. Army and Marine Corps live fire training exercises at the National Training Center (NTC) and off-site trainin g location worldwide. Initial award will be for the 1/5 scale remotely piloted vehicle target rotational flight services support, extension of the period of performance for the NTC for one rotation, options as follows: a quantity of 608 each 1/5 scale ha rdware SU-25 W/IR& Smoke, eleven additional NTC rotations, storage of Marine Corps targets, extension of the period of performance for offsite (PCS) support for up to 365 days, phase out requirement to be exercised from date of award through 30 Sep 02. Ta rgets should be delivered at a rate of 75 targets pre month. This is a sole source requirement to continental RPVs, 3811 Lenwood Road, Barstow, CA 92311-5818, to be added to current contract DAAH01-96-C-0060. The ground support equipment (GSE) necessary for performance of flight services is provided by the contractor and the contract does not contain provisions for the purchase of GSE.
