Description

Furnish all labor, equipment, materials and supplies to repair existing 1,152 square foot light-frame, single story, commercial office building, at the San Francisco Bay National Wildlife Refuge Complex near Fremont, CA. Work entails demolition and construction of walls, flooring, windows, doors, mechanical, electrical, and furnishings. Estimated construction cost range is between $25,000.00 -- $100,000.00. This is not an invitation for bid. Award will be negotiated on "best value" basis based on such factors as past performance and experience, in accordance with FAR Part 15 provisions.
