Description

The Federal Government is seeking to lease Class A laboratory and office space consisting of approximately 70,000 square feet for the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). All offered space must be located in one single-story building. Parking must be sufficient to meet local code or 115 spaces, whichever is greater. Proposed sites are estimated to be a minimum of 3.29 acres. Offered sites must be no closer than 1/8 mile or 660 feet to major highways, rail lines, or electrical distribution lines. In the case of large electrical lines (in excess of 100,000 volts) measurements will be performed to determine whether a site would be acceptable. Zoning of offered sites must be appropriate for an office and laboratory usage and cannot be adjoined by heavy industrial sites. All space must be fully handicapped accessible and cannot be within the 100-year floodplain. The proposed lease term is 20 years firm, with two five year renewal options.
