COST COMPARISON RESULTS N68711-01-R-5101 A-76 Study for Base Operations and Support Services at the Marine Corps Recruit Depot, San Diego, CA The Tentative Decision for this competition was announced on July 26, 2001. The Tentative Decision is to retain in house the various base operations and support functions at MCRD San Diego. This decision is the result of a competitive process conducted in accordance with the Office of Management and Budget Circular A-76.
