Description

Furnish Radiopharmaceuticals to the VA Tennessee Valley Healthcare System, VA Medical Center, 1310 24th Ave., S., Nashville, TN 37212. Radiopharmaceuticals shall be delivered in unit dose packaging on an as needed basis, Monday through Friday during the hours of 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., within 30 minutes after order is placed. Some radiopharmaceuticals may be required to be delivered 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. Contract period will be 10/1/01 through 9/30/02 with two (2) one-year options to renew.
